"This hotel was one of the highlights of my recent trip to Puerto Vallarta! The room was extremely clean, spacious, and had all of the amenities you could want. The rooms also were cold and dark (oftentimes hard to find in PV) and great for sleeping. The rooftop is more than spacious and lots of areas to relax, or swim, or use the hot tub. I also appreciated the late hours of the rooftop and the great Wifi. The staff here is very attentive and they even helped me with my bags to the room. The neighborhood is also charming and tons to walk to, and felt safe the entire week. I would definitely come back!"

"We visited with a large work group and took over most the condos at Cuale! The service and kindness extended to us was impeccable. They helped us with all sorts of things like scheduling transport, to laundry, extra towels, helping return lost items, food recommendations and so much more! They were always just a message away and always willing to help.
The rooftop was beautiful and a wonderful place to gather. The amenities like coffee and pastries, filtered water, pool and hot tub, fire pit, hammocks were all put to good use during our stay and I can't say there was anything we wanted that we did not have. Every day I looked forward to getting up and hanging out up there.
The location was very close to everything, but in a quieter and more local part of town that was perfect to stay in. The building itself was nice and new and each room was immaculate and well decorated. I loved staying here and would recommend it to anybody in a heartbeat."

"This hotel is the definition of a hidden gem. The location is amazing, with tons of local shops, restaurants and bars in the area. The main tourist areas and the beach a short walk or Uber ride away and there is so much to see and do nearby.
The property itself it lovely. The rooms are large, airy and clean. The staff is super responsive and kind, and it almost has a family feel to it. The rooftop was my favorite, with comfy chairs and couches a perfect pool and hot tub for relaxing. I would come back here again and again!"
